Structure

The day-to-day business of the Association is administered by the directorate. The directorate currently comprises of:

  • A part time administrative assistant appointed by the Council
  • A Home-Based Office

The formal business of the Association is conducted by the Council. Council sits at regular monthly intervals in formal meeting and addressed the ongoing business.

The Association has an Annual General Meeting at which the Associations finance is presented and at which key items requiring collective voting are addressed.

The Association is governed by a Constitution which is accompanied by a set of By-Laws. In addition all members are required to work in accordance with a Code of Conduct. All three of these documents are available in viewable format elsewhere on this site.
