Seelenbinder Consulting Engineers cc (SCE) is a Namibian Engineering Consulting Firm providing Multi-disciplinary Engineering Consulting Services, predominantly within the boundaries of Namibia with their offices based in Windhoek.
SCE is specifically structured to enable them to undertake projects of any scale, yet remains small enough for its members to maintain ‘hands-on’ involvement in all projects. SCE’s services are designed to meet the specific requirements of their clients, providing the full scope from technical advice to a complete design-and-construct package. Completely owned and sourced by its Namibian members, Urs Böhlke, Ronald Geiger, Elton Heyman, Herbert Lerch, Henning Redecker and Kobus Kruger, SCE is independent of control from outside the borders of Namibia. With a staff compliment (registered with the Engineering Council of Namibia where applicable), and as a member of the Association of Consulting Engineers of Namibia, SCE is committed to a professional code of ethics.
