We have a highly skilled and well qualified professional team of more than 65 people that serve our clients from our 3 offices in Namibia and office in South Africa.

In Lithon we aim to provide our clients and the communities with whom we work across Africa with an excellent professional engineering service. We do this for all types of projects, from concept planning through to completion, with a highly skilled professional team working together, using practical experience supported by our state of the art office equipment and software.

Our emphasis is on capacity building, transferring of knowledge and sustainable development whilst being environmentally responsible. Lithon further aims to provide training programs to assist in establishing and vesting young environmental and engineering professionals in the industry. We believe that our staff must be more than simply technically qualified to do their job. We encourage staff to develop a wide range of skills.
